At Nestor
- Taking the platform through its ISO 27001 certification audit: evidence, controls and the conversations about risk that come with them.
- Closing the remediation programme that followed our white-box penetration test, across authorisation, tenant isolation and rate limiting.
- Running product, engineering and security for a team of ten, four of them engineers, serving about 60 client organisations.
- Next on the platform: passkeys and per-organisation authentication policies, and the scaling work that 8,000 users and 400 GB of files call for.
Freelance
- Opening a few days a month to missions: fractional CTO or CISO, tech and security audits, product scaffolding for founders.
- Remote first from Lille, in French or English, on site when it matters.
Learning & writing
- Writing down how I work, so it can be handed to the next person rather than kept in my head.
- Going deeper on NIS2 and DORA, since our banking and finance clients are living through them.
Outside work
- Running, calisthenics and the gym, most weeks.
- Two cats and a rabbit, who disagree about the home office.
